PETS are FREE unless in cabins but must be kenneled, inside guest trailers or on leash. You must bag your pet’s solid waste or walk pets in the surrounding alfalfa fields. Guests are asked to keep their space clear of trash/debris that may cause hazardous issues or injury to others and to retain a pleasant environment for others in the park. Guests are also asked to keep their OHV, bikes, ATV, games, extra trailers and vehicles either within their space or in the overflow parking area and not in the roadway. FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPACES unless propane or fully enclosed. Guests are responsible for winterizing faucets & hoses in their space. If winterizing methods are not to the park guidelines, then Guests must be disconnected from water between 6pm and 8am during winter months. When not in park overnight, please DISCONNECT hoses & turn the faucet OFF.

As a courtesy to all park residents quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Obey a 10mph speed limit in the park. Do not drive through an unoccupied space-only driveways are to be used. Please help keep the restrooms and showers clean and undamaged & securely close doors when leaving. Please report any maintenance needs to the space, cabins, bath house or laundromat by calling 760-920-0409.
